Once you have made your booking, we will send you a confirmation email that will include our Terms & Conditions. Please do read and check the information carefully and contact us as soon as possible if there are any queries. Once we have taken full payment, we are unable to change your reservation.
Covid 19 update: Full terms and conditions do still apply however, during these times we are offering a refund on any rooms cancelled that we subsequently resell (but only to the value of the resell amount.) We hope this goes some way towards reassuring our guests that we're doing everything we can to help.
